These Svord Knives feature Swedish high carbon tool steel blades which are individually hardened and tempered using a unique heat treatment process. The blade is hand ground with water cooled stone to produce a convex razor edge. The Svord Boning Knife is has an overall length of 266.7mm, sports a beautiful brown hardwood handle and features triple brass rivets. This boning knife will trim and bone meat with ease. Use in the kitchen or on your bushcraft travels. Svord Knives have incredible edge retention and durability and have been known for this. Handcrafted in New Zealand, Svord Knives are high quality, functional sporting tools.
